Every installation we undertake is designed and executed in full compliance with current UK and international structured cabling standards — including BS EN 50173, BS EN 50174, and ISO/IEC 11801 — incorporating low-smoke, zero-halogen (LSZH) materials where required, with all permanent links installed within the 90-metre maximum and full channels within 100 metres.
Our copper cabling expertise spans Cat6, Cat6A and Cat8, with Cat6A remaining the recommended standard for new horizontal installations at up to 500 MHz and 10 Gigabit Ethernet, while Cat8.1 supports Class I links up to 2,000 MHz for environments demanding 25G or 40G connectivity — all fully backward compatible with existing RJ45 infrastructure.
For backbone and inter-building applications, we design and install multimode and single-mode fibre solutions across the full OM1–OM5 and OS1/OS2 spectrum, matched precisely to the demands of each application.
