Chelmsford Racecourse is one of the country’s newest racing venues and opened its doors in January 2015 with brand new 3,000 capacity hospitality grandstand.
Customer: Our client for this project was 24-7 Electrical, who we have worked with since August 2014.

Requirement: New PA system
Brief: The client required a new Public Address System for their state-of-the-art hospitality building. The whole of the building needed to be linked up to a broadcasting system to allow announcements and music to be heard in the restaurant, bar, reception, function and external terrace areas.
Solution: We installed a variety of independent speaker units to permit announcements and broadcasts in the specified spaces. We also ensured the system had the facility to play music, which is interrupted when voice is activated. The job was completed within one week and six engineers worked on the project.
