Below is a brief synopsis of their background.
Andy is the CEO and responsible for all business activities across the country.
His career started as an electrician before moving into the office with P&L responsibility for multi-million pound projects. He started 24-7 in 2010 seeing the opportunity to build a business based upon relationships.
Married with 3 children, Andy is a car fanatic owning several classic cars.
Qualifying as an accountant in 1999, he spent the first half of his career in Finance .
Moving to Mitie in 2004, he progressed to Finance Director for the Cleaning Division in 2007 which had revenues of circa £300m at the time. After this, he moved to other senior roles, latterly Group Projects Director.
After Mitie, followed PE where he spent 3 years working for Tivoli Group (ISS’s former GM division) where he successfully integrated and actioned synergies on an acquisition of another PLC’s GM division.
Finally happily married, he has a daughter at Birmingham Conservatoire.
Colette joined the business in 2016 and is an experienced Head of Finance. Having come from a corporate background (KPMG trained) her tenacity is her key strength, along with her dedication to continuous improvement in the face of a rapidly evolving business.
The cleanliness of the balance sheet and the effective cash collection would substantiate that she’s extremely results-orientated and proactive.
Outside of work she is a gym fanatic.
Adrian is a qualified chartered accountant having trained at EY. He has over 25 years of M&A experience mainly at RSM and FRP as Corporate Finance Partner.
He has also held roles in Industry where he has been a Finance Director of a number of businesses mainly in the engineering sector.
He has also been involved in five Management Buy Out’s and as a result is joint owner of a group of engineering businesses with T/O> £50 million.
Simon is a driven, innovative and experienced corporate and commercial lawyer who thinks outside of the box, whilst being practical and commercially minded at all times to help achieve the client’s ultimate aim.
Lead Partner in North-West legal firm Gunnercooke with 20 years of experience in dealing in M&A, having supported 24-7 Group in their acquisitions and MBO.
