What’s happened to Paragon? Paragon Data Services Limited, the business behind PDS went into administration on Friday 6th March. The administrator (Robert David Adamson and Michael Christian Kienlen both of Armstrong Watson LLP) have entered into an agreement to sell the business and assets to PDS Hull Limited, who are operating the business with immediate effect. The business will continue to trade as PDS.
I’m a customer - what happens now? Service is running on a normal basis. Our team are providing a full and uninterrupted service. If you have any support queries please use the various contact methods available at www.wearepds.com
I have an invoice outstanding? We have acquired all outstanding invoices and will be contacting you shortly to make arrangements for you to pay PDS Hull Limited.
I recently made a payment to Paragon Data Services Limited? If you have made payment to Paragon Data Services Limited since the 2nd of March do not worry. Please Contact Us to notify us of payment. We will liaise with you and the Administrators.
I am part way through an install, what happens next? Our team should already have contacted you to continue your install, if you have not been contacted please let us know on 01482 581155
What is happening in the future? The team will continue to offer and deliver our services encompassing Fire Alarms, Data, CCTV, Access Control & Public Address.
I’m a supplier - what’s the situation? If you are a creditor of Paragon Data Services Limited, please contact the administrator (Robert David Adamson and Michael Christian Kienlen both of Armstrong Watson LLP). PDS Hull Limited will be contacting relevant suppliers to ensure supply continuity.
